I use an headset sarveel hours per day. I had many in the past years. From no name to well known brands. Most of them had problems: too loose, short wire, poor sound, too short mic boom. This Kx TCA60 panasonic is near perfect. The sound is crystal clear, the level is good, the connector is heavy duty style, and over all, very confortable.J'utilise mon ecouteur plusieurs heures par jour. J'en ai eu beaucoup dans le pass . Depuis les sans marques, jusqu'au marques bien connues. La plupart d'entre eux ont eu des problemes: fil trop court, mauvais son, perche du microphone trop courte.Ce Panasonic est proche de la perfection. Le son est cristalin, le niveau est bon, le connecteur est renforc , et par dessus tout , il est tres confortable.
